The Dave Dunhill Project Support The One Day Test by Performing Live

5 Jun 2025

Raising Awareness for Men's Mental Health

The Dave Dunhill Project have been confirmed in the live line up for a scheduled event later this month that raises awareness for men’s mental health. The One Day Test will take place on Sunday 22nd June in Hemingbrough, North Yorkshire with the aim to raise £15,000 to support work in suicide prevention at The Jordan Legacy. The event will unite cricketers, supporters and mental health advocates in a full day of cricket, community and purpose - raising funds and awareness for men's mental health.

Charlie Brackley, one of the key organisers, commented “I wanted the One Day Test to feel like a celebration as much as a challenge. The Dave Dunhill Project brings real energy to the stage, and Dave’s guitar sound is something I know the crowd will connect with. It’s a real bonus that he’s also part of our transport community. Even better, he’s using his talent to help shine a light on men’s mental health and support a cause that matters to all of us.”.

Dave Dunhill further commented, “We feel really honoured to be asked to support and play at such an event. Anything that we can do to boost awareness will benefit a significant amount of people.

The Dave Dunhill Project take to the stage at 2pm. If you want free tickets for the event, please visit https://www.onedaytest.org/.
